The official Clerk/Treasurer page reports no search fee, then charges $1 per year for system records plus $0.50 per page. Confirm the current total before sending funds.

Both courts work from the courthouse complex at 403 Crook Avenue, but their mailing addresses differ. Justice Court uses PO Box 370. The District Clerk uses PO Box 547. For an older file, ask whether onsite inspection or mailed copies are possible. Provide the case number when known, the filed name, an approximate year, and the exact document sought. That focused request is more useful than asking for every item tied to a name.
